We are excited to continue our CSA on the farm. The market style setup that we envision will allow lots of choice and a great opportunity to deepen your connection with the farm.
We are also excited to continue much of our wholesale. We’re partnering with some fantastic distributors, grocers, restaurants, caterers and juicers to keep Chicago’s Best Local Farm in Chicago. We’re hoping to expand this part of our business so please ask for Montalbano Farms produce if you don’t see it. And if you do see it, thank you for supporting those businesses that “walk the talk” and buy from local and organic growers.
We are going to continue to work hard to make this farm something you can remain proud of. Our organic certification will remain. Our food safety program will remain. We will will continue to promote biodiversity. We will continue to support all kinds of wildlife. We will continue to grow the very best tasting and most nutritious crops you can find. We’re looking to add more Family Days and events. We’re still planting trees for the future. And you’re always welcome to pay us a visit.
